∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall HR responsibilities
∎ Maintain workforce as per yearly budget
∎ Maintain Compensation and benefit scale
∎ Performance management
∎ Policy execution
∎ Employee & Labor relations
∎ Quarterly productivity and profitability analysis
∎ Overall Administrative responsibilities
∎ Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
∎ Leave & Attendance Management
∎ Disciplinary actions
∎ Allocate responsibilities and follow-up
∎ Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company
∎ Manage schedules and deadlines
∎ Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
∎ Logistic support
∎ Ensure 100% compliance in all practices
∎ Overall Compliance responsibilities
∎ Defining the necessary level of knowledge on existing and emerging regulatory compliance requirements.
∎ Developing the annual compliance work plan
∎ Periodically revising the compliance plan in light of changes
∎ Guiding compliance teams.
∎ Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the compliance program
∎ Clear and concise compliance reporting to the General Manager-HR & Administration
∎ Interacting with regulators on compliance issues
∎ Coordinating efforts related to audits, reviews, and examinations
∎ Coordinating internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments.
