∎ Graduate from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record;
∎ Candidates having a degree in CS/CSE/ECE/EEE/ETE or equivalent fields are preferred;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a team lead of the organization's system administration activities;
∎ Organize and lead System Administration team members and their responsibilities;
∎ Organize job allocation and execution and deliver different projects and DAU deliverables as per business requirements;
∎ Plan for upcoming project and BAU requirements, manage the capacity of hardware, OS, and related software components as per the business plan of the organization;
∎ Responsible for delivering seamless service operation of Windows Server Systems, Active Directory Service, Email Platform, and related systems;
∎ Maintain and ensure Annual Maintenance Contracts with different local and global partners and OEMs;
∎ Manage IT service issues of end-user-related services;
∎ Prepare IT budget and arrange necessary procurement as per organizational requirements for the system administration area;
∎ Ensure system, service, and resource optimization in the system administration area;
∎ Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements per the bank's regulatory guidelines and policy;
∎ Overlook relevant audits and inspections, and respond and rectify audit and inspection issues as per timeline.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years of experience in the Information Technology Industry with at least 3 years in managing system administration teams;
∎ Extensive cross-domain knowledge e. g. System/OS, Network, Database, Application Architecture, etc.;
∎ Knowledge of security assessment tools like (Nessus, SIEM, PAM, Websense, and RSA) and becoming proficient in the use and operation of the current System, Vendor, Office Risk Assessment tools, and various monitoring tools;
∎ Experience with cloud technology and open-source platforms is preferred;
∎ Experience with designing, developing, installing, configuring, administering, and maintaining highly scalable, available, and elastic solutions that implement industry best practices using AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, and on-premise hardware or private cloud;
∎ Preferred Knowledge & Certifications - MCSA/ MCSE/ AWS/ Azure/ VMware/ Linux/ Cloud Security/ Red Hat and Server Hardening;
∎ Proactive, passionate and go-getter attitude;
∎ Extrovert personality with good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
∎ Should have good personal skills to work in large teams with a passion and positive attitude to achieve organization goals;
∎ Be customer-centric, results-oriented, and self-propelled.
