Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the Enterprise Network Service Team of the Bank
∎ Ensure quality and availability of the Bank's network system consisting both active and passive network devices. Ensure Bank's network quality and availability goal.
∎ Plan and execute the overall network system as per the changing requirement of the bank to support its business growth, new initiative and technological and business transformation
∎ Manage vendors and partners to avail different network related outsourced services
∎ Keep liaison with internal and external partners to maintain all business-to-business connectivity to reach the business goal
∎ Ensure best and standard practices in all network devices, architecture and configuration to maintain a secured and compliant network environment for the Bank
∎ Prepare network roadmap as per technology roadmap of the Bank. Prepare budget and manage procurement life cycle as per the roadmap.
∎ Manage, build and improve human resource of the team
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 10 years work experience in relevant field in large network environments
∎ OEM certifications on Network, CCNP or equivalent is preferred
∎ Experienced in advanced network and security devices
∎ Proactive, passionate and go getter attitude
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill
