Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from a reputed university;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and ensure good production with best quality
∎ Give dyeing program in dyeing machine by proper plan & take urgencies to make the target successful;
∎ Deliver dyeing fabric on time according to the buyers requirement
∎ Monitor the parameter of dyeing, programming, cycle time etc;
∎ According to batch plan set priority to dye fabric
∎ Adjust bulk recipes & parameter for a particular shade to ensure good reproducibility as well as increase RFT%;
∎ Capable of technically minimizing fabric dying cost with best quality output
∎ Ensure the quality standard as per buyer requirement by standardizing the process and set a SOP for the process;
∎ Advice / instruct to mix the chemical 'recipe' for dyeing both natural and synthetic textiles
∎ Ensure proper utilization of manpower;
∎ Instruct team that which chemical dye formula would create the right color
∎ Monitor all safety followed by the team;
∎ Monitor and ensure that the inter-departmental communication is good.
∎ Recommending any special finishes or treatments to be applied after the dying process.
∎ Monitor that the fabric inspection is going on in a systematic way
∎ Will be capable for supervising the machine erection works.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability
∎ From planning to timely delivery with quality will be the responsibility of the respective incumbent.

∎ Age 32 to 40 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Knit Dyeing
∎ The incumbent should have the adequate job experience to run the Team.
∎ He should have good knowledge in Dying and Quality.
∎ Must have proven track of work at Knit sectors in Reputation Company.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have ability to accept the challenge
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
