Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from a reputed Foreign or Local UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record. Business or Engineering graduate is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead runner for establishing BRAC Bank as the #1 Digital Banking and Payments service provider in Bangladesh.
∎ Manage annual BDT 35,000 crore plus digital business & payments portfolio of BRAC Bank's digital banking platforms.
∎ Lead for Digital Financial & Payments Services Strategy formulation and execution. This includes dealing with historical date and generate forecasting model along with activities to achieve overall BRAC Bank's Digital Business and Payments Strategy goals.
∎ Drive lead for end to end Digital Payments Products and Services business growth, new digital products and payments ecosystem launch by ensuring boosted digital experiences. The work starts with:
∎ New products and features business viability check
∎ Concept paper preparation
∎ Business Requirement Documents (BRD) preparation,
∎ Functional Specification Document (FSD) finalization
∎ User Acceptance Test (UAT) etc.
∎ Managing internal stake holder's like Finance, Accounting, Reconciliation, dispute and settlement, customer experience and technology for Digital Payments / Utility products launch
∎ Lead and manage wallet and payments portfolio of BRAC Bank and build digital and payments partnerships.
∎ Develop a true digital eco-system via 3rd party API solutions and to give top class digital experience and payments convenience.
∎ Integrate seamlessly with the FinTech/MFS/PSP eco-system and community to provide a true Omni channel banking experience.
∎ Guide and bridge business, brand, sales and technical environment by managing all external facing activity and marketing communication with MFS, FinTech and PSP's for payment and partnership and digital products.
∎ Define and supervise go-to market strategy for Digital Business and payment solutions by positioning BRAC Bank as a key player in the market.
∎ Drive all digital payments initiatives such as Inter operable digital transaction platform, new payment channel integration etc. recommended by Central Bank as the lead from Bank end
∎ Lead and develop new partnership with Telco, OTT, lifestyle, travel, education, entertainment, content business, government utility units, global payments entities.
∎ Supervise, guide and evaluate specific marketing solutions and campaigns within the payments space and support to develop right product offering for customers based on market research.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years of work experience (experience in Telco Products/ FMCG Digital Business/ Start-up Product/ MFS Products and Payments/ Digital Business / Digital Payments / Digital Banking Background roles will get preference);
∎ Always up for new disruptive ideas for business and digital experience - DX
∎ Expert in customer centricity, strong analytical ability, self-propelled, and adaptive to changes
∎ Ability to lead a dynamic team, and keen to develop others.
