Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduation from a reputed Foreign or Local UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record. Business or Engineering graduate is preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish BRAC Bank as the #1 Digital Banking and Payments service provider in Bangladesh;
∎ Manage an annual Digital Business and Payments portfolio of BDT 35,000 crore plus;
∎ Lead the formulation and execution of digital financial and payments services strategy; this includes dealing with historical data and generating a forecasting model along with activities to achieve overall BRAC Bank's Digital Business and Payments Strategy goals;
∎ Drive the end-to-end Digital Products and Services business growth, new digital products, and payments ecosystem launch by ensuring boosted digital experiences; it starts with:
∎ New products and features business viability check
∎ Concept paper preparation
∎ Business Requirement Documents (BRD) preparation,
∎ Functional Specification Document (FSD) finalization
∎ User Acceptance Test (UAT), etc.
∎ Maintain an understanding of technology advancements, evolutions, and innovations taking place in DFS or Digital Banking space to ensure continuous Digital Business growth;
∎ Manage internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Reconciliation, Dispute and Settlement, Customer Experience, and Technology teams) for Digital Services products launch;
∎ Create brand value for Astha app with differentiation and segmented strategy;
∎ Define, design, manage and plan for Digital Banking/Astha product's marketing strategy, mass communication, and digital promotions;
∎ Launch and drive persona-based Micro Campaigns, contextual offers for Astha app, and payments products;
∎ Guide team to do post-business performance analysis against the controlled customer base.
∎ Responsible for Astha customer's net add growth by planning and designing mass market digital campaigns for app download, registration, and customer win back;
∎ Drive overall Astha app(s) transactions by designing segmented and weekends offer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years of work experience (experience in Telco Products/ FMCG Digital Business/ Start-up Product/ MFS Products and Payments/ Digital Business / Digital Payments / Digital Banking Background roles will get preference);
∎ Always up for new disruptive ideas for business and digital experience - DX
∎ Expert in customer centricity, strong analytical ability, self-propelled, and adaptive to changes
∎ Ability to lead a dynamic team, and keen to develop others.
