Job Responsibilities:
∎ The primary responsibility of the Jobholder is to manage and administer Core Banking applications along with doing some customizations according to business need.
∎ Manage & guide team members.
∎ Analyze business requirement and do necessary development
∎ Core banking performance monitoring & maintenance.
∎ Ensure 3rd level support to all Core applications like CBS, Treasury, RTGS, CIB etc.
∎ Ensure bug fixations support from vendor and take necessary actions for smooth implementation
∎ Lead and participate in project to enable desired business functionalities
∎ Ensure EOD/ BOD/ Month End/ Year End critical supports.
∎ Vendor management
∎ Patch management
∎ Work with IS & audit team to implement regulatory & compliance requirements.
∎ Provide end user training
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-12 years of experience on applications' management/development
∎ 4 years of experience on directly managing/developing others
∎ Ability to plan ahead and manage time
∎ Having sound knowledge on Oracle, Java, JSP, scripting, API customizations & integrations.
∎ Effective negotiating skills
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication & presentation skills
∎ Hands on experience on Core Banking Applications' Management & Development
∎ Training on Banking products
∎ Certification in PMP, ITIL, Alternate Delivery Channel, Payment Systems
