Job Context:
∎ We are looking to hire one mid-career Marketing Communication professional to join and set up the communication department of the company. To be successful in this role, you should have hunger to excel backed up with solid planning skills for communication material and campaign development stemming from excellent understanding of the intricacies of execution of campaigns.
∎ Report to: Chief Executive Officer
∎ Expected Date of Joining: July 2023
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, design and execute segmented and targeted communication campaigns for corporate brand and service app (Station8).
∎ Promote our offering among target audience: input companies, input dealers/ retailers, farmers, vets, para-vets, farm consultants & other local service providers, regulatory and extension agencies, and any member of farming community.
∎ Select and manage efficient and effective communication tools, channels, media, and execution partners.
∎ Do annual budgeting (as per agricultural seasons) for market communication activities to drive new user acquisition, higher adoption, usage, GMV and segment penetration of our digital solutions to contribute towards achieving growth for the company.
∎ Develop an agile, high performing team capable of executing result bearing campaigns.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 years in marketing communication and adjacent functions.
∎ Deep understanding of strategic and commercial issues which require communication support to reach objective.
∎ Strong analytical, prioritization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proven track record of campaign roll-out for rural economy
∎ Excellent communication skill in English & Bangla.
∎ Team player with great entrepreneurial spirit.
∎ Sense of urgency.
