Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/post graduate preferably from business background from any reputed public or private universities of Bangladesh or abroad
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Response to any query related requisition of CIB report from CRM/ branch/SME centers/Head Office
∎ Meeting urgent needs of CRM/ branch/SME centers/Head Office regarding enquiry
∎ Maintaining the database of pending MCM document to ensure submission in Bangladesh Bank
∎ Working on the initiation of CIB enquiry automated module
∎ Ensuring the entire submission of monthly batch report to Bangladesh Bank via coordinating with Finance/ IT/CAD/OPS/SAM and other supporting verticals
∎ Meeting the internal queries regarding loan adjustment, directorship/shareholding update, information update of subject, guarantor replacement; this requires communication with source, verifying all required documents and then submission to Bangladesh Bank for the change.
∎ Meeting all Bangladesh Bank queries as per their requirement; taking feedback from internal departments and updating Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Election Query: coordinating with the supporting verticals and updating Branch Governance team and Bangladesh Bank as per requirement.
∎ Taking training of the new joiners on the CIB activities
∎ To ensure resolving any CIB related issue with internal/external departments
∎ To support the business in relation to CIB activities
∎ To comply with the internal & external policies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 years of experience in relevant field.
∎ Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal skill & good team player
∎ Strong Command over Microsoft Office, Systems Evaluation, Analysis and Monitoring
∎ Ability to work under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
∎ Excellent communication skill.
