∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working independently and as a part of team to create and drive big audiovisual ideas across the organisation
∎ Develop and manage projects as well as supervise the work of external agencies
∎ Keep up to date on and contribute to global news and trends, including maintaining an in-depth understanding of BRAC’s activities globally
∎ Develop a strong sense of the history and structure of BRAC and what we stand for
∎ Constantly explore new storytelling methods
∎ Mentor and train staff in improving audiovisual production and storytelling skills

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum two year’s experience in audio-visual sector either as a freelancer, in a production house or in an advertising agency.
∎ Experience using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
∎ Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Experience in photography and cinematography.
∎ Technical experience in a photo studio preferred
