• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the RMG industry, with a strong understanding of RMG compliance. Retired personnel from Bangladesh Armed Forces (Commissioned Officer in the rank of Captain /Major equivalent) are highly encouraged to apply.
• Position may upper or lower based on skills, competencies, experiences etc.

• Develop and implement admin & security policies and procedures in line with company standards and legal requirements.
• Manage access control for visitors, deliveries, and staff, and oversee CCTV operations.
• Stay updated on labor laws, social compliance, and health and safety regulations.
• Oversee security personnel to ensure effective management and operation of all security functions across the factory.
• Conduct thorough checks on all vehicles and staff entering or exiting the premises.
• Train new security personnel and promote security awareness throughout the company.
• Monitor sensitive factory areas, control unauthorized products, and maintain logbooks and registers.
• Safeguard company property and assets by ensuring a safe workplace for employees and visitors.
• Respond swiftly and efficiently to emergencies, ensuring the safety of employees and visitors.
• Liaise with emergency services (police, fire, ambulance) to manage incidents and maintain security protocols.
• Perform other security-related tasks as assigned by management.
• Must have knowledge on C-TPAT Audit.
