Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing and integration of human resource programs and associated projects to achieve strategic business goals and operational objectives.
∎ Support the HR leadership in Goal setting, performance review & reward, design / develop performance based incentive program and implementation thereof
∎ Liaison between employees, management, and Human Resources providing information and consultation regarding relevant Human Resource issues, policies, practices, procedures, and employment laws and regulations
∎ Facilitate standard orientation to Managers/Functional Head on staff development, succession planning and rationalization; talent management; and leadership development activity.
∎ Design and deliver OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that support the Fund's ambition to be a high performing organization; to include initiatives which foster a high performance culture, where valuing learning, continuous improvement and diversity are the norm.
∎ Monitors and evaluates trainee's progress and development by implementing an evaluation and proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company appraisal, developmental and Feedback standards.
∎ Manage the performance management system, to include developing and monitoring performance evaluations, performance development plans, and performance improvement plans
∎ Provide technical expertise on HR issues to staff and management. Coach and train operational departments on various aspects of the business from a Human Resource prospective
∎ Develop a positive relationship with all employees. Promote direct communication and positive rapport among employees and managers
∎ Responsible for Work force planning, Manpower budget, HR Costing and present a hiring plan/Market mapping and strategies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Transformation process
∎ Good understanding in 9Box and competency mapping methodology
∎ HR automation and process improvement
∎ Understand standard assessment process
∎ Excellent skills in MS office / Excel/Power point.
