Responsibilities & Context:
  • Oversee the recruitment, hiring, and on boarding of factory stuff, workers, supervisors, and support staff.

  • Implement and manage attendance and timekeeping systems to ensure accurate wage and overtime calculations.

  • Manage labor relations, resolve worker disputes, and act as a bridge between management and workers.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws related to minimum wages, overtime, working hours, and factory welfare.

  • Develop and implement HR policies that cater to both factory and administrative staff.

  • Oversee payroll processing in coordination with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of wages

  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, health & safety regulations, environmental laws, and other statutory requirements.

  • Knowledge of RSC, BSCI, SEDEX, GOTS, OCS, OEKOTEX, ISO9001:2015, Technical Audit and Environment Audit

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks in the factory, including office management, factory logistics, vendor management.

  • Supervise security and housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

  • Conduct training sessions on workplace safety, labor rights, and skill development for factory employees and supervisors

  • Lead, manage, and mentor HR, administrative, and compliance teams within the factory.
