Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Gulshan-1, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all 1st end IT support tasks with the help of team members.
∎ Ensure regular checks of all equipment, prepare and send report to LM on daily basis.
∎ Provide 2nd level IT support for unresolved issues.
∎ Collaborate other stakeholders for necessary support to arrange any project support, resolve IT related issues.
∎ Manage vendors for warranty claims, keep track of claims and escalate necessary point as required.
∎ Manage historical data of repeated issues, take initiatives to get those done to maintain customer productivity.
∎ Plan new projects based on current trends to automate robotic processes for smooth operation.
∎ Ensure SLAs and organizational processes, policies in daily activities.
∎ Motivate team members, keep them enthusiastic and target oriented.
∎ Arrange necessary trainings, provide necessary guidelines to team members. Educate new team members to ensure productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in team leader position.
∎ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS excel, Power point and MS Outlook is must.
∎ Sound knowledge in end user's IT related issues along with hardware knowledge of desktop, laptop, projector, printer, display units, VC systems.
∎ Ability to set strategic plans for new projects to get it done within timeline.
∎ Sound knowledge on OS troubleshooting, Network troubleshooting, Hardware troubleshooting is anticipated.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
