Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Computer science & Engineering from any reputed institute
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides supports to the users as request
∎ Responsible for daily checking and updating ICT inventory database and reports to Line Manager
∎ Installation of Windows Server 2012, Domain Controller, DNS Server & DHCP Server
∎ Configure laptop desktop for new users upon joining in accordance with IT policy
∎ Maintain over all network system (LAN, WAN & Wireless)
∎ Create user mail address in web mail server and installed in MS Outlook
∎ Create user account in file station and file server monitoring
∎ Make documentation for purchasing IT equipment
∎ Maintain computer networks including computer hardware, systems software, applications software and all configurations
∎ Monitor network performance to determine whether adjustments need
∎ Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes
∎ Plan, Design, implements data backup procedures and manages data storage devices
∎ Perform routine check for different IT issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years of working experience in the relevant field. Preferable working experience with NGO
∎ Knowledge on Microfinance program operation is added extra value
∎ Good communication and negotiation skill.
Salary: Tk. 24700 (Monthly)

∎ City allowance, Performance based yearly increment, annually two festival bonus, Gratuity, Contributory provident fund, Mobile allowance & other facilities as per Organization policy.
