∎ Masters in HRM from a public university or a recognized private university
∎ America Bangladesh University students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Principle Responsibilites:
∎ 1. Ensuring HR issues - planning, development, recruitment, training, maintenance and work as a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc,
∎ 2. Engaging in performance management, rewards & recognition, Program, promotion and increment, training & development.
∎ 3. Setting KPI procedure & assess the performance of employees and provide appropriate training and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency including PMS (Performance Management System)
∎ 4. Ensuring smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate other business operations
∎ 5. Ensuring establishing best business practices in terms of Human Resource Management.
∎ 6. Establish and maintain all files, documents in an automated database and retain backup files in the system.
∎ 7. Prepare (ID), job description of all employees existing and new and update as and when required
∎ • Other duties & responsibilities
∎ 7. CV sorting and call for interview and assisting in interview process, conducting interview.
∎ 8. Negotiating with selective candidates for joining,
∎ 9. Conducting employee joining formalities; preparing documents for approval of selected employees
∎ 10. Preparing appointment letter & offer letter of respective employees.
∎ 11. Updating and maintaining HRIS database, prepare the new employee file of each employee of respective department.
∎ 12. Have in place JD (Job Description) for staff's with backup identified.
∎ 13. Initiate recruitment requisition, new joiner orientation, leave form collect and leave register maintain after approval.
∎ 14. Maintenance of HR policies and procedures, up-to-date Policy manuals and procedure manuals (Hard to Soft Copies).
∎ 15. Maintenance of Employment records, up to date personal files, employee master file; including HRIS master
∎ 16. Salary & benefit management:
∎ 17. - Advising payroll on additions and deductions
∎ 18. - Reconciling payroll schedules every month
∎ 19. Time & Attendance administration, statistical reports etc.
∎ 20. Leave Administration, statistical reports etc.
∎ 21. Administration of Employee benefits and rewards administration; CFT incentives etc.
∎ 22. Administration of Employee Medical insurance scheme (Hospitalization & Surgical, Workmen's compensation, Personal accident, DRS Insurance scheme.
∎ 23. - Supporting the renewal of Medical & Insurance scheme annually, by providing necessary information
∎ 24. - New employee inclusions and deletions of resigned employees from the list

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy: MS word, MS Excel, Power point presentation
∎ Proficient in English Language both oral and written
∎ Candidate who has bike will have preference

Salary: Negotiable
