Responsibilities:

• Design and develop security and identity features including fraud detection, transaction signing (Secure2U), encryption services, authentication, and MFA flows.

• Implement secure token lifecycle management (issuance, validation, refresh, revocation) for OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect flows.

• Apply cryptographic standards (encryption at rest, in transit, key management) when building features that handle sensitive data, PII, or financial transactions.

• Performing database design, configuration, migration and tuning

• Translate functional requirements into Technical solution and produce Technical Specification document

• Investigating and resolving technical and integration issues

• Defects fixing for any customization errors, system integrations errors, or any other errors arise during software upgrade activities or enhancement activities

• Prompt escalation of issues and concerns to Development Lead

• Work with the project team (Development Lead, Project Manager and Support team)

• Participate in threat modeling and secure design reviews with the Security Engineering team for high-risk features.

• Escalating issues related to Solution, Configuration & Project Implementation

• Troubleshooting and resolving applications problems/issues

• SDLC Agile Processes

Requirements:

• Must have strong working experience in security and identity features including fraud detection, transaction signing (Secure2U), encryption services, authentication, and MFA flows.

• Must have experience with authentication and authorization standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, JWT, JWS, JWE)

• 5+ years and above of strong development experience in NodeJS and Java.

• Bonus in technical experience in Google Firebase and AI Programming Tools.

• Preferred to have any backend programming and cyber security certification.

• Proficient in JavaScript and Typescript.

• Express framework

• - REST api (POST,PUT,DELETE etc)

• - Middleware using express

• Validation framworks like Joi, ajv etc

• PM2 or any process monitoring tools.

• Logging frameworks like Winston, Bunyan etc

• Database handling with CRUD operations

• Other areas like:-

• - Promises

• - Authentication mechanism

• - Cron jobs

• - Lodash library

• - File operations

• - Encryption

• Third party integrations

• Intermediate knowledge on database Design (MSSQL or Oracle)

• Knowledge of cryptography concepts (encryption, hashing, key management)

• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies. Implementing effective security protocols and data protection measures.

• Should have knowledge in Windows/Unix Environment

• Good analytical and problem solving skills

• Designing customer-facing UI and back-end services for various business processes.
