• Several years of experience as a fashion designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative designs.
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, and production processes.
• Exceptional creativity, trend awareness, and attention to detail.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Lead the creative design process, including conceptualization, sketching, and material selection.
• Develop innovative and trend-setting designs for garment products.
• Oversee design projects and ensure deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into finished products.
• Oversee the creation of product prototypes and samples.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging fashion trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products.
• Source and select appropriate materials, fabrics, and embellishments for garment production.
• Work closely with the quality control team to ensure the finished products meet design and quality specifications.
• Identify cost-effective design solutions without compromising quality.
• Develop seasonal collections that align with market trends and customer preferences.
• Oversee the development of prototypes and samples for design evaluation and testing.
• Maintain accurate records of design concepts, sketches, and materials.
