Experience:
B.Sc / Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering.
Professional training in industrial maintenance will be an added advantage.
A. Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Management
Oversee ensure all electrical and mechanical systems for smooth daily operation.
Develop and implement preventive & predictive maintenance plans.
Ensure utility systems (generator, transformer, compressor, boiler, HVAC, fire system) operate at optimum efficiency.
Reduce machine downtime through root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive maintenance.
Supervise maintenance team (electricians, mechanics, boiler operators) for proper task execution.
B. RSC (Remediation, Sustainability & Compliance) Follow-Up
Coordinate all RSC-related corrective actions and CAP follow-up.
Maintain documentation for RSC audits (Electrical, Fire, Structural).
Ensure inspection reports, CAP updates, and evidence submission on time.
Work closely with compliance team for buyer audit readiness.
C. Supplier SRM, Purchase & Requisition
Manage SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) with maintenance vendors.
Raise material requisitions and prepare purchase CS (Comparative Statement), quotations, negotiate price & delivery.
Ensure timely procurement of spare parts, tools, equipment & consumables.
D. ERP (Odoo) Maintenance Module Management
Update all maintenance tasks, machine history & spare parts usage in Odoo.
Create & follow preventive maintenance schedules in the ERP.
Ensure 100% maintenance documentation through Odoo.
Train team members to correctly use maintenance module (work orders, assets, scheduling).
E. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain service records, logbooks, machine history files & maintenance expenditures.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports.
Control spare parts inventory, maintain minimum stock levels.
Ensure up-to-date documentation for audits and management review.
F. Project Coordination
Support new installation, layout change, utility setup & industrial expansion projects.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers & internal teams for timely project execution.
Monitor project timelines, material requirements & quality of work.
G. Budget & Cost Control
Prepare annual maintenance budget and monitor expenses.
Ensure cost-effective repair, spare parts procurement & resource utilization.
Reduce breakdown-related cost and energy wastage.
