∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all sorts of in-house and outsource work as Project Manager. Also focused on product development and quality assurance of products. Guide technical team to ensure state-of-the-art product development. Ensure to serve client on schedule.
∎ Planning, documenting, executing all phases of the project lifecycle (IT & Company ERP System) including scope, requirements, work breakdown structure with timeline management, priority and dependency management, and the assignment of roles and responsibilities to the project team
∎ Preparing, updating and maintaining roll-out plans, resource allocation plans and budgets regularly.
∎ Communicating precise scope of work to different functional teams (Development, SQA, Solution Design, Training, Finance, etc.).
∎ Upgrading, configuring, and debugging existing IT & ERP systems with system design, managing database security/integrity and backup and restore procedures
∎ Ensure necessary support for installation and /or fixing of hardware and software issues for all IT users in the company by engaging on-site support.
∎ Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Monitoring All Servers in Office & Branches.
∎ Configure, Maintain & Support Mail Server, Router, Switches & Firewalls AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Access Control & CCTV Administration.
∎ Ensure all IT Compliance, Maintain IT assets & complete inventory
∎ Update and establish standard E-Commerce policy & planning and review from time to time
∎ Coordinate the training activities and provide support to ERP & E-commerce users.
∎ Take care & monitor IT team members for different shifting IT Associates
∎ Local Information Security and cyber security lead and ensure all necessary guidelines are implemented
∎ Providing support to more than 500+users

Additional Requirements:
∎ Not more than 40 years.
∎ Including all aspects of process development and execution.
∎ ERP implementation experience at least 2-3 years as Team.
∎ Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
∎ Must have Hands on experience in Data Base Administration, hardwiring and Networking.
∎ Programming Knowledge (Java/c++/ Others).
∎ Data Centre and Disaster Recovery setup Knowledge will add value.
∎ Professional Certifications: CCNP, CISA, COBIT, CISCO etc will be preferable, knowledge of IT infrastructure.
