• At least 3-5 years experience in sales/ sales admin/ distribution management, preferably in LPG/ FMCG/ Pharma etc.

• Must be willing to conduct field visit for business expansion and customer retention.

• Must have good communication and negotiation skills.

• Should have the basic knowledge of MS Office.

This role provides leadership for Direct Delivery operations through the DD-points, ensuring excellence in sales, distribution, safety, and compliance.

• Ability to develop and execute short-term and long-term business plans covering sales growth, margin improvement, Direct Delivery (DD) manpower planning, and safety, including structured plans to onboard retailers and end customers.

• Maintain an up-to-date retailer and end-customer database and develop optimized route plans to maximize sales, control transport costs, and improve truck utilization efficiency.

• Achieve assigned Direct Delivery targets, including sales volume, gross margin, retailer coverage, and end-customer volume and satisfaction.

• Implement the dynamic pricing policy based on market competition and propose price revisions to management whenever required.

• Ensure adequate availability of new packages and refill stock to maintain uninterrupted market supply.

• Lead, supervise, and manage Sales Representatives and Delivery staff to ensure effective market coverage and execution excellence.

• Maintain strong coordination and communication with the Sales team to maximize market reach and operational support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local government authorities, representing the company when required to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

• Propose pricing strategies and closely monitor operational costs to optimize profitability and ensure effective P&L management.

• Coordinate with local vendors, retailers, and end-user networks to ensure smooth, efficient, and reliable supply chain operations.

• Ensure strict implementation of safety, health, and compliance requirements in line with SHV standards and company policies.

• Ensure daily maintenance of safety checklist of every delivery truck.
