∎ Minimum 3–5 years working experience in Visa processing, BIDA, Passport Office, Foreign Ministry for recruitment of foreign employees.
∎ Experience preferably in RMG, manufacturing, or multinational environments will be given preference.
∎ Strong understanding of Bangladesh Labor Laws and Immigration Regulations.
∎ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
∎ High ethical standards, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

∎ Position Summary:
∎ The Visa and Work Permit Process Coordinator is responsible for managing, coordinating, and ensuring compliance with all legal, administrative, and logistical requirements for foreign employees. This role handles the complete visa and work permit process, alongside end-to-end support services covering accommodation, utilities, travel, medical, and other welfare needs for foreign employees. The incumbent will also liaise with internal departments including Finance and Audit to ensure seamless operations.
