Candidate will get privilege to know the work of H&M, Lindex, Carrefour, Varner, ETAM, Next Sourcing and Morrisons Buyers.
Good at MS Excel.

Responsibilities & Context:
Handle and manage all types of Export Documentation for buyers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations.
Prepare, check, and submit Export Documents to Banks, and correspond with Buyers and other Stakeholders as required.
Preparing all Export Documents such as Commercial Invoice, P/List and other related Documents for Buyer and Bank purposes.
Issuing EXP and duplicating EXP accordingly & FCR submission in Forwarder’s Portal.
Preparing E-invoices in the Buyer’s Portal.
Non-negotiation draft checking & confirming to the Forwarder for final B/L or HBL Print, and send to bank for endorsement & Courier to Buyer’s address, if required.
After submission of the Documents to the Bank & Buying Office, he/she needs to follow up until the Payment is received.
