Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA, MBA major in HRM from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the whole onboarding process, ensure orientation of new joiner.
∎ Developing training module based on TNA, monitor the company's training budget to ensure that the best quality of training and development is provided within the established budget.
∎ Conduct Training Needs Assessment for TNA result to plan annual Learning Program/calendar (Soft Skill and Functional Training).
∎ Conduct FGD on special assignment as well as for employee engagement program from time to time.
∎ Processing and dealing with day to day Training and HR operations/issues of the Office as and when required.
∎ Preparing Training Reports in Monthly basis/
∎ Supervising the maintenance of all necessary training and development records.
∎ Provide Counseling and Monitoring the Performance of Individual trainee.
∎ To share information and communicate, maintain communication channels (e.g. Messages, emails, and phone calls).
∎ Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data to higher management.
∎ Conducting training programs for new workers and staff.
∎ Ensuring company policies are properly communicated to workers and staff.
∎ Any other duty assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Experience in Large Composite Knit Factory.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Computer literacy - MS Office, Emailing.
∎ Strong Written and oral communication.
∎ Problem solving skills
