Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Administer and manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, leave tracking, and employee records management.
∎ Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
∎ Support payroll processing and coordinate with the finance department for accurate and timely salary disbursement.
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
∎ Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
∎ Conduct background checks and verify references.
∎ Coordinate and facilitate the selection process, including making job offers and negotiating employment terms.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
∎ Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
∎ Assist in designing and implementing employee development programs and initiatives.
∎ Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
∎ Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.
∎ Contribute to employee engagement activities and initiatives.
∎ Assist in the implementation of change management strategies.
∎ Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
