∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ PGD, In Marketing.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise to Executive, Officer & Franchise Partner.
∎ Monitoring to recruit new real Estate Agent in designation Areas.
∎ Strong team building of Executive, Officer, Coordinators & Real Estate Agent.
∎ Follow-up team member’s regularly.
∎ Build strong relationship with Real Estate Agent.
∎ Arrange Meeting with the team member’s.
∎ Identify the skill gap in Real Estate Agents & organize training for them.
∎ Work closely with Real Estate Agents to collect potential customer data.
∎ Prepare a database of potential customer.
∎ Survey new area for data collection.
∎ Prepare daily report & send it to the management.
∎ Coordinating with customer’s influencers.
∎ Project presentation to the potential customer in office & in project site.
∎ Follow-up potential customers for sales closing.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
