Job Responsibilities:
Understand land/flat legal documents.
Provide logistic support as required by the company.
Liason with the land office, registration office, utility service office etc.
Act as administrative assistant as and when required.
Should have clear and vast idea about digital marketing like Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, SEO etc.
Searching prospects and generating leads.
Contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, by email, and in person.
Hitting monthly targets, building and maintaining a relationship with clients and prospects.
Handling customers` questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Collect and analyze data and prepare sales reports.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Build and maintain a CRM database along with professional networks.
Identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
Monitor existing competitors’ activities and compete accordingly.
Periodical Report Generation and Presentation. Any other job assigned by Supervisor/Management related to the role.
