∎ Minimum Bachelor degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations for production planning.
∎ Draft and design layout & review with the production planning.
∎ Follow up a Production schedule.
∎ Study Operation sequence, Material flow.
∎ Making preproduction T&A and execute accordingly.
∎ Execute sample production meeting all the parameters as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Analyzes capacity allocates order, prepares a tentative plan.
∎ Prepares daily material requirement plan and ensures materials are in-house as planned
∎ Continuous follow-up with suppliers to in-house materials within the agreed timeline
∎ Focuses on the implementation of actual planning as well as needs to highlight the deviation of planning from actual
∎ Recommends about the changes required to minimize the variance between planning and actual
∎ Monitors both in-house production and sourcing plans in order to maintain the delivery schedule
∎ who have working experience with ERP Software will be preferred.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 Years of experience in a large reputed garments factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Management, Planning, IE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Team player with proactive interpersonal skills.
∎ Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.
∎ Looking for smart, energetic, pro-active and career-oriented candidate.
∎ Candidates should have excellent computer skills especially in MS -Excel & ERP uses.
