Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make print & embroidery production plan as per according to the capacity & ensure maximum capacity utilization with minimum cost.
∎ Need to arrange PP meeting as per TNA demand.
∎ Distribute print & embroidery production plan to all related production staff (Machine & Table wise) and conduct meeting to implement the plan.
∎ Updating the print & embroidery production plan time to time to the reporting boss, according to the current situation.
∎ Set the production target & time to time follow up to achieve.
∎ Monitoring the ERP/LOGIC for updating the order status with TNA.
∎ Monitor daily production status & follow up the order progress from fabric to cutting.
∎ Ensure proper time study & implementation.
∎ Make daily NPT report & summery report based on production plan – execution – RMG demand.
∎ Co-ordinate with central planning & fabric planning team to ensuring the cut panel timely.
∎ Ensuring the production plan & delivery to ensuring sewing line feeding & also achieved the target revenue.
∎ Need regular communication with cutting team to ensuring cut panel on time.
∎ Style & color wise analysis with production & QA team to set the plan accurately.
∎ Make capacity plan & feasibility study for upcoming orders & if needed to execute from outsource, required clearance & set the plan perfectly for on time delivery.
∎ Ensure the forecasting plan & supply chain for smooth ahead.

∎ We are seeking a compatible Senior Executive,Planning (Printing & Embroidery) who will work for our Knit Garment factory, J.M. Fabrics Limited at Rajendrapur, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria:
