Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Senior Executive Officer (SEO) for Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB). The candidate should have Managerial Skill for Combination of work smoothly and also must be excellent in (IT Related works).
∎ Job Location: 30/A, Nayapaltan, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support and motivate the staff; facilitate cross-department collaboration and strengthen internal communications with staff throughout the Association.
∎ Oversee the office discipline and take necessary action where necessary.
∎ Maintain safe custody of the Associations important files & register.
∎ Create and promote a diverse workforce and a positive environment that supports consistency throughout the Association's operations.
∎ Oversee the administration and management of HAAB to meet the mission of the Association.
∎ Coordinate the development of new initiatives.
∎ Provide organizational leadership and help junior staffs Responsible for delivering the best quality of works.
∎ Develop a relationship with outside Associations, including the Ministry and the media.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management.

Salary: Negotiable
