∎ B. Sc in Apparel Merchandising / Textile Engineering/ Master in any subject
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain lead time and buyers' given delivery date of the product by ensuring on time yarn and accessories sourcing, follow up with commercial team to ensure supplies on time, coordinate with Yarn Manager and Store Manager by providing and receiving update for the relevant supplies on time.
∎ Coordinate with sample section to ensure proper sample design for buyers, send the sample on time and follow up any comments or acceptance of that sample from buyer side.
∎ Must maintain schedule of overall activity for all assign styles of the buyers and share with the Chief.
∎ Always ready to communicate on email or in other social apps.
∎ Require to provide prompt response for top management and buyers.
∎ Co-operate and help the management to maintain Planning, Organizing, Leading and Controlling within his team
∎ Maintain liaison with the buyers for continuous basis to get and ensure more order in future.
∎ Maintain day to day communication with buyers.
∎ Assist line Manager to plan for new season sampling and production orders.
∎ Follow up with buyers for approvals and feedback.
∎ Assist line Manager to meet the shipment timely.
∎ Responsible for after order placement to ensure that garments shipments are ready on time and in required quality.
∎ Execute pre-production and production procedures and activities.
∎ Follow up trims, accessories, documents & record keeping by ensuring proper material identification.
∎ Submit required documents as per buyer's demand.
∎ Collect purchase orders and requisition for materials, goods & supplies.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years as merchandiser with buyers like H&M, C&A, HEMA, Okaidi and others.
∎ This is an open position for male and female candidates.
∎ Computer skill is a must.
∎ Good at English.
