Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buying House, Garments Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have a full and comprehensive understanding of Customer Manuals and ensure its dissemination to the designated collaborators.
∎
∎ Closely coordinate with the Merchandiser Manager to ensure a smooth communication with the factories and the buyers
∎
∎ Able to set the Critical Paths, and to follow up closely with all counterparts including buyer's team, GT, QA, and factories
∎
∎ Follow up of pre-production samples and production samples for timely dispatch to buyers.
∎
∎ Ensure all trims and accessories from factories are approved prior to production and approved trim cards are dispatched to factory and QA team.
∎
∎ Monitor the factory commercial teams for the timely receipt of packing lists and factory invoice.
∎
∎ Ensure replies to incoming emails is in general addressed within half a day.
∎
∎ Ensure shipment as per customer requirement on time and in full.
∎
∎ Ensure Customer Satisfaction
Additional Requirements:
∎ 4+ years' experience in merchandising
∎
∎ Strong command of written and spoken English
∎
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
∎
∎ Organizational skills and attention to detail
∎
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
∎
∎ Ability to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities
∎
∎ Knowledge of product development and costing process
