∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Cad Software, Garment Construction or Methodology, Garment Quality, Garment Technology, Pattern Maker, Production line operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ This is a semi office / semi field position for those who love interaction with people in factories and with customers. The job provides opportunities for improvement of your technical knowhow and is available for those who want to build their career path.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He / She is involved from initial stage of product development, fit sampling and pre-production sampling and has the following responsibilities:
∎ Reviews the Technical pack, analyzes the product requirement with the product developer.
∎ With his team, completes and validates the Technical pack, including
∎ Required measurement specifications and How to Measure instructions
∎ Technical information on critical points
∎ Detailed garment make-up construction.
∎ Meets the sample manager and the technical team including pattern maker and sewing technicians,
∎ Does a product risk assessment
∎ Anticipate potential technical issues on critical processes
∎ Proposes technical amendments / solutions on pattern or sewing construction at the initial stage of development or on fit sample and pre-production sample.
∎ Validates mock-ups or test sample, prior to development sample making.
∎ Assesses with the GT the development samples, fit samples, pre-production samples with fits on dummy or on live model.
∎ Validates the sample inspection report and confirms the sample meets the customer's quality standard prior to sending out.
∎ Prepares weekly / monthly KPI reports for his department
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Proven Technical knowledge in pattern making and garment sewing
∎ Experience in Quality inspection processes
∎ Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems in the apparel industry
