Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized university.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant computer applications.
Solid understanding of procurement processes, policies, and systems.
Skill in negotiating, establishing, and managing contracts.
To plan and execute procurement of equipment, services, and supplies, performing all local purchasing activities through ERP.
To follow and enforce company procurement policies while preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
To review, compare, analyze, and approve products and services, and evaluate suppliers, prices, and supply options.
To build and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain updated supplier information.
To prepare all local bills, ensure billing compliance, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand demand drivers.
To improve forecast accuracy using statistical models and supply chain tools, reduce lead times, and enhance delivery efficiency.
