∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in CSE or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
EBS Support, IT support, Network
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure basic IT support, such as PC troubleshooting; mail/ outlook configuration; printer, monitoring virtual machines and troubleshooting them, etc. as per the company IT policy
∎ Ensure all necessary hardware, software, and network-related support to the end user when required
∎ Ensure IT products inventory and maintain the company’s CC camera
∎ Ensure the user’s DO or challan-related Oracle EBS support
∎ Co-operate with team members for Oracle support-related solutions
∎ Set up and maintain the company's computer network which includes LAN and WAN networks and maintain network routers like Mikrotik and Fortinet firewall
∎ Install server with Windows server environment
∎ Must have basic knowledge of Zimbra Core, LDAP, MTA, Store, SNMP, Logger, Spell, Proxy, and Archiving application packages
∎ Must have work experience in VMware environments (vSphere,vCenter, ESXi)
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the supervisor
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Hands-on experience with Mikrotik routers and switches
∎ Professional certifications in networking and IT support will get a preference
∎ Good communication skills
