Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Technically sound & self-motivated person.
∎ • Sound Knowledge on Access control Devices, NVR/DVR, IP CCTV Camera, Surveillance system, , PABX and related system knowledge.
∎ • Having experience of networking infrastructure, including CAT 5/6 Cabling, Wireless Networks, Network Switches, WAN/LAN, Domain Controller, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Firewall and VPN application. Ability to Configuration and Administrative maintenance of Mikro-Tik, Cambium, Cisco SW etc. Make sure the proper functioning of the network design, security and organize the system network.
∎ • Having experience desktop, laptop, phone (android & iOS) laser & inkjet printer maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ • Setup, configuration, install and maintain security patches on the OS & 3rd party application
∎ • System backup, user data archive daily/weekly/monthly basis pre-schedule backup and reporting
∎ • Sound knowledge of troubleshooting on Microsoft office 2019+, office 365 (license version) and Graphics Software (Adobe & 3dMax).
∎ • Maintain & troubleshoot Server (win/linux), Cloud, File server in different platforms.
∎ • Anti-Virus Sever configuration and maintain. Daily check-up for spamming, malware etc. and generate report.
∎ • Ability to troubleshoot network, hardware & software system followed by proper diagnosis and solve it best possible shortest time.
∎ • GP Service Kiosk technical support multiple location over the country. (CIMS, SSO, BlueBox and related- will provide training)
∎ • Professional ability to implement new ERP module phase by phase support.
∎ • All sorts of IT technical procurement
∎ • Ensure proper connectivity to all the end users in the organization.
∎ • Performing any other tasks as per assigned by the management
∎ • On-call basis ability to work 24/7, good phone manner.
∎ • Ability to create training module and train users.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
