Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Providing technical assistance to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing and resolving service requests, and ensuring timely support for computer systems, networks, and applications. Responsibilities may include answering support queries via phone, email, or in person, documenting support interactions, escalating complex issues, and maintaining system performance.
∎ Strong knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless networks·
∎ Understanding of data center operations and management.
∎ Expert on operating mail server, DNS, DHCP, NTP, Fileserver, IIS Server.
∎ Regularly monitor network systems and proactively identify and resolve network issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, diagrams, processes, and procedures to facilitate troubleshooting, maintenance, and future network enhancements.
∎ Experience in installation, maintenance and update of hardware and software.
∎ Coordinate and manage data backup and recovery processes.
∎ Inventory control of computer, network & others IT equipment.
∎ Familiarity with virtualization technologies and environments like Hyper-V, Firmware.
∎ Vast Knowledge on modern IT infrastructure and network architecture.
∎ Experience with software testing and quality assurance.· Knowledge of telecommunications systems and protocols.
∎ Supervise the technical support team to ensure efficient issue resolution.
∎ Provide support for all kinds of printers such as Network Printer, Document printer, Card printer, Label Printer, Bar-code printer, Pause Printer.
∎ Expert in troubleshooting of various IT product like projector, sound system, PA System, Access control, Dish TV, DVR, NVR, IP Phone.
∎ Configuring and maintaining CCTV cameras, access control, and solar system.
∎ Implementing updates and firmware for Mikrotik routers, switches, and access points·
∎ Vendor and Service Provider Coordination: Evaluate, manage, and negotiate with vendors for IT hardware, software, and graphics services, ensuring favorable SLAs and pricing.
∎ Attendance Management: Generate and monitor employees attendance punch reports, analyze trends, and improve tracking accuracy.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
