Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Computer Science Engineering.
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science will be preferable.
∎ Preferred Certification on CCNA Security / CCNA Routing & Switching.
∎ In the case of Experience Applicants, Education may be considerable.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
clinic, Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver necessary IT support for Operating System and applications software asinstallation to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Maintain and configure total network system and solve all types of network problemsbased on Routers, Switches, HUB & Wireless Access Points.
∎ Configure and manage Mikro Tik router to ensure internet access control, website access control, bandwidth control and clean network structure.
∎ DNS Server Maintenance, Designing, Implementing Internet Policies, SquidFirewall,POP3, IMAP4 & Web mail configuration & maintenance.
∎ Configure Network Sharing for Domain or Non Domain based Environment.
∎ To configure computer hardware (including laptop, printer, scanner, bar-code printer, bar-code scanner, etc.)as well as computer software( including setup operating systems, internet browsers, Microsoft office, visual basic, crystal report, etc.)
∎ Manage and configure hospital management software.
∎ Capable of off-site remote optimization in order to mitigate critical situations of system and network glitch for the organization and also to report higher administration immediately if necessary during office off-time.
∎ Configure and troubleshoot all kinds of Server problem (including IP Phone Server, Printer Server etc.), CCTV, IP Phone, PABX, Attendance device.
∎ Manage and configure antivirus server and clients to ensure security of all computers and laptops with timely anti-virus update for both users & servers end.
∎ Sourcing for any kind of IT solutions with real time IT equipment as scanner, thermal printers, desktop utility of standalone computers etc.
∎ Ability to manage IP CAMERA for video conferencing, CCTV console DVR to configure through various network channels with required time-frame backup.
∎ Configure and manage website domain, hosting, email services including update website contents.
∎ Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems by keeping information confidential.
∎ To train staffs time to time to ensure basic computer knowledge.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Performing any other assignments given by the Management as and when required.
