∎ Age 30 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowing the working procedures of the section (SOP, Flow Chart, Policies) and update all team on Preparing Audit Report with necessary analysis and comparison.
∎ Expert in all kinds of Financial bill and voucher verification.
∎ Commercial activities monitoring like as Export, Import, bond, Duty, Logistics etc.
∎ To be performed Financial audit and MIS audit related activities.
∎ Preparing Inventory Report & Fixed Asset Audit report.
∎ Forensic and Special Audit as per HOD
∎ Perform pre-audit and post-audit of all different kinds of bill vouchers to ensure compliance with existing policies & management approval of respective concerns & All kind of local purchase bill voucher check and market rate verification.
∎ Checking the procurement and disbursement procedure of the respective areas.
∎ Checking the Banding Bill with physical verification.
∎ Prepares reports and preserves documentation pertaining to audits for internal records Conducts market surveys for price verification and report preparation.Physically confirm all personnel of factory level for salary payment. Check monthly Salary and wages sheet & Overtime and Compliance related activities audit and monitoring.
∎ To be checked all kinds of incentives, Festival bonuses, employee benefits, arrear or unpaid salary and wages, leaves encashment bill & TA/DA with records.
∎ Check new joining & migration workers' files Employees & workers attendance check & verification.
