Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure block-wise manpower balancing and set accurate daily targets
Identify bottlenecks and implement effective methods to improve capacity
Review machine layout diagrams and make necessary corrections
Conduct line balancing and operator grading assessments
Follow up on line feeding to ensure zero feeding issues
Monitor hourly production to achieve daily targets
Track and analyze loss time, taking timely corrective actions
Prepare block-wise weekly production plans
Organize and conduct weekly feeding meetings
Maintain a skill inventory and verify production bonus accuracy
Review capacity studies and apply SMV corrections where required
