Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide the much-needed legal assistance while dealing with some particular legal tasks, litigations, contracts, dispute resolution and guide the client on taking an appropriate decision;
∎ Draft and solidify agreements, contacts and other legal documents to ensure the Company's full legal rights.
∎ Checking all prepared documentations (e.g. Corporate Agreement, Lease Agreement, Deed of Agreement, Legal Undertaking, Corporate Guarantee, Tripartite Agreement, Employment Agreement etc.) and legal vetting of the same.
∎ Will have to oversee all company pending and upcoming litigations (cases)
∎ Ensure vetting of various legal documents National and international;
∎ He/she will have to coordinate with different legal and company affairs related authorities.
∎ He/she keep relation with employer, employees, auditor, government and non-government bodies.
∎ Associating in legal drafting and vetting
∎ Associating in documentations for Company audits
∎ Helping to meet audit deadlines and act as an associate during audits
∎ Coordinating legal communications
∎ Associating to find and implement compliance gaps especially Labor Act and Rules
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management
∎ Coordinating in regular HR departmental operational tasks; i.e., employee banking, separation, final settlement etc.
∎ Skills
∎ Legal drafting including national and international agreements, JVs, MoUs, NDAs, Consortiums, Legal opinions, etc.
∎ Detail knowledge about Bangladesh Labor Act and rules, ICT laws, Company law, National and international trade laws.
∎ Knowledge about ISO 9001, 27001 Audit
∎ Professional English writing skills.
∎ Intermediate level Microsoft office software; i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
