∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Ensure the factories always prepared/ready for audits like Social Compliance Audit, Technical Audit.
∎ Responsible for all social standard certificate like oekotex, ISO, BCI GOTS, Organic, FCCA.HIGG (Worldly) etc for its audit, renewal and all kind of works.
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & well familiar with the same.
∎ Well familiar with ACCORD / ALLIANCE, SEDEX (SMETA), ICS,Higg (Worldly),Nirapon requirement.
∎ Ensure Access/Right to Inspection during buyer's Audits.
∎ Follow up / take instant corrective action on auditor's findings /discrepancies during audit.
∎ Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted/given.
∎ Take proper and immediate steps to improve factory conditions those will get objection of non-compliance from buyers and take all possible steps to adhere with buyers' compliance inspection & in a sustainable manner.
∎ Keep the legal and ethical integrity of the company intact through policy enforcement.
∎ Keep up-to-date with changing laws that affect the Garments industry as international standard.
∎ Carry out any special duty assigned as and when required by the management for the interest of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in the area of HR,and Compliance in any large organization.
∎ Must be very conversant with Labor Law, Labor Rules, and different HR Policies especially those related to the Garments sector.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge about different concepts like RSC, SLCP, FCCA,HIGG (Worldly) QMS, SEDEX, etc.
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
