Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/ MBA graduate, specialized/ major in Human Resource Management.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic candidate who is able to work both in teams and individually, with a personality of adapting to changes. The candidate is expected to perform HR activities proactively.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to Implement, maintain, and review Performance Management (360-degree evaluation) in HRIS.
∎ Conduct 360 Degree PMS for quantitative and qualitative evaluation of resources.
∎ Conduct performance evaluation using KPI method.
∎ Guide department managers and employees throughout the performance management and goal-setting process.
∎ Identify Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
∎ Prepare evaluation reports based on 360 Degree PMS and KPI Method to present it to the management and CEO.
∎ Plan, organize and advertise vacant positions and recruitment of resources to attract potential candidates.
∎ Shortlist CVs from the CV pool according to the criteria and find the best match.
∎ Conduct initial assessments and interviews during the selection process of candidates.
∎ Arrange meetings and coordinate interviews for the selection process.
∎ Prepare materials and contents to conduct training and development activities.
∎ Maintain guidelines and policies in terms of evaluating resources, payroll process, recruitment and selection.
∎ Prepare and revise necessary documents. (Letter of Intent, Letter of acknowledgment, No Objection Certificate etc.)
∎ Prepare Annual Assessment report for 700+ employees through excel and HRIS.
∎ Support and coordinate with project managers and engineers as applicable.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ IELTS (Minimum 6.00) or equivalent examination will be given preference.
∎ Must have expertise in excel.
∎ Experience in conducting performance evaluation using tools such as, 360-PMS and KPI Method.
∎ Good understanding of Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
∎ Experience in recruiting resources after multiple selection processes.
∎ Required to have negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and take challenges in technical recruitment.
