∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, Reporting and analysis., Team work.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMCG Sales & Marketing, MIS, Sales MIS, Trade Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor trade scheme date on daily basis, act for necessary changes on ERP, and communicate with field forces.
∎ Regular communication with field force and monitor all trade program for better implementation of the program.
∎ Maintain and update trade analysis file to monitor trade expenses properly.
∎ Responsible for proper communication of approved trade scheme to respective concern.
∎ Design & calculate sales force & distributor incentive (Regular/Special).
∎ Prepare monthly trade scheme budget proposal & national target within SNOP process and make necessary system update.
∎ Prepare & design special trade program like-Slab, Memo & QPS program as per sales & Marketing team requirement.
∎ Evaluation of pre and post trade promotion through estimated ROI and IMS figures for impact analysis.
∎ Any others task assigned by management.

∎ Age 24 to 32 years
