∎ Manage property listings, client relationships, and marketing initiatives.
∎ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
∎ Collaborate with the management team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
∎ Oversee negotiations and transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.
∎ Target Based Sale.
