Responsibilities & Context:
Develop processes needed for the quality management system. Preparing yearly QMS internal audit plan and reviewing the implementation status of processes by internal audit.
To develop yearly training plan based on QMS requirements and facilitate the training for employees.
Preparing yearly QMS management review plan and follow-up for improvement.
To facilitate all types of customer/certification body audits in regard to QMS.
Dealing with internal/external corrective action reports continuously.
Keep close contact with external bodies concerning QMS.
To ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
Assist in recruitment & selection process of Head Office and Factory.
