Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Knowledge on HIGG index FEM 3.0, H&M monthly performance data and Bi-annual data
∎ Knowledge on Decathlon (HRP & Env) Grid, H&M MR, prepare chemical store, dyeing printing floor and others floor as per Decathlon and H&M requirements.
∎ Ensure and report regularly about the Chemical & Environment related projects especially ZDHC, IPE Platform, Detox, HIGG, STEP etc.
∎ Ensure implementation of Best Chemical Management Practice (BCMP)
∎ Maintain Chemical inventory (E-Cube / Clean chain) and Waste inventory
∎ Ensure the guide line of ZDHC about Waste Water and Sludge management.
∎ Ensure different Brands minimum requirement, MRSL & RSL.
∎ To prepare environment, chemical, sludge, PPE, energy & waste related Training Schedule, material preparation and conduct the training.
∎ To ensure effective resource management, monitoring Energy, Water, steam and Waste management system.
∎ Ensure safe chemical handling and storage.
∎ Ensure effective Training to Employees on EMS and Health safety.
∎ Update the supplier & sub supplier about the brands requirements.
∎ Supervise and monitor Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) regularly.
∎ Keep update Environmental Certificate & connected with DoE.
∎ Conduct Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and implement Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
∎ Ensure all natural resources conservation (like Energy, water etc.) and minimize the cost of the Organization.
∎ Ensure the Policy, Procedure, SOP for Chemical & Environment.
∎ Regularly asses the risk for Chemical & Environment related issues.
∎ Ensure MSDS, CSDS, GHS label and chemical storing according to compatibility chart in all chemical areas.
∎ Ensure Chemical Compatibility in the organization.
∎ Take preparation & face Environment, Chemical and Energy related Audits, prepare CAP and resolve the issues within the time frame.
∎ Habituated to work under pressure and with a pleasant & positive personality.
∎ Any other issues will be addressed by management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to learn & adopt practices and be accountable in maintaining Sustainability KPI's independently.
∎ Good command over English & Computer operation mandatory in MS Word, MS Excel, Power point etc.
∎ Working Knowledge on ETP (Biological/ Chemical).
