Experience:
Strong knowledge of BNBC, NFPA, RSC, Nirapon safety standards.
Ability to manage multiple inspections, audits and remediation projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, documentation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, SharePoint and report writing.
Responsible for RSC fire, electrical, structural and boiler safety inspection and Nirapon TSV & SSV Visits.
Lead monthly internal safety inspections across assigned units.
Coordinate with central team to submit required documentation on Nirapon (daily to annually) including 90 day reporting.
Maintain an updated tracker of inspection schedules, NCs (non-compliances), RSC/Nirapon submissions, and third-party vendor tests.
Prepare RSC monthly CAPs, 90-day action plans, and ensure timely closure of open NCs for SSV.
Coordinate with vendors from initiation to completion of remediation work, ensuring compliance with national and international codes.
Archive all relevant data, drawings, calculations, and documents for record-keeping and audit readiness.
Actively participate in PR-to-project completion processes with the procurement team to meet committed deadlines for NC remediation.
Contribute to design reviews and layout modifications in consultation with the central safety engineering team, ensuring alignment with compliance standards.
