• Strong knowledge of BNBC, NFPA, RSC, Nirapon safety standards.

• Ability to manage multiple inspections, audits and remediation projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication, documentation and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, SharePoint and report writing.

• Responsible for RSC fire, electrical, structural and boiler safety inspection and Nirapon TSV & SSV Visits.

• Lead monthly internal safety inspections across assigned units.

• Coordinate with central team to submit required documentation on Nirapon (daily to annually) including 90 day reporting.

• Maintain an updated tracker of inspection schedules, NCs (non-compliances), RSC/Nirapon submissions, and third-party vendor tests.

• Prepare RSC monthly CAPs, 90-day action plans, and ensure timely closure of open NCs for SSV.

• Coordinate with vendors from initiation to completion of remediation work, ensuring compliance with national and international codes.

• Archive all relevant data, drawings, calculations, and documents for record-keeping and audit readiness.

• Actively participate in PR-to-project completion processes with the procurement team to meet committed deadlines for NC remediation.

• Contribute to design reviews and layout modifications in consultation with the central safety engineering team, ensuring alignment with compliance standards.
