Responsibilities & Context:

1. CRM & Customer Engagement

  • Manage CRM platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Zoho, or in-house tools) to track customer journeys and segment audiences.

  • Develop and execute automated campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp) for customer retention and reactivation.

  • Monitor customer data and behavior to design personalized offers and loyalty programs.

  • Analyze customer funnel performance (awareness → engagement → purchase → repeat).

2. Social Media Sales Management

  • Drive direct sales through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Shops.

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to design sales-driven campaigns.

  • Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversion.

  • Track campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS) and optimize for better results.

3. Marketplace Sales & Optimization

  • Manage product listings, content, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce marketplaces (Daraz, Pickaboo, Chaldal, etc.).

  • Coordinate with marketplace category managers for campaign participation and visibility.

  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve search rankings and conversion.

  • Monitor marketplace analytics—traffic, conversion, and order fulfillment rates.

4. Media Planning, Buying & Performance

  • Develop monthly and quarterly digital media plans aligned with sales targets.

  • Plan and manage paid media budgets across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

  • Continuously optimize ad performance using data-driven decisions (CTR, CPA, CTC, Conversion Rate).

  • Collaborate with agencies or internal media teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.

5. SEO & Conversion Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page SEO for both brand website and marketplace listings.

  • Track organic traffic growth, domain ranking, and conversion funnel metrics.

  • Implement CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies—landing page improvement, A/B testing, and user journey analysis.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports on CRM engagement, media spend, and sales conversion.

  • Track key KPIs such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rate, and repeat purchase ratio.

  • Present insights and actionable recommendations to management.
