∎ Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Strong report-writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple compliance projects and deadlines under pressure.
∎ Deep knowledge of RSC guidelines and industry standards such as BSCI, SEDEX, GOTS, and HIGG-SLCP certifications.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ RSC Guideline Adaptability: Monitor and implement sustainable practices aligned with RSC's sustainability framework for fire safety, electrical safety and structural safety.
∎ Ensure Full Compliance with Buyer and RSC Requirements: Actively manage compliance with RSC, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, and other key industry certifications, ensuring the factory maintains its readiness for audits and adheres to RSC's codes of conduct and sustainability guidelines.
∎ Audit Preparation & Implementation: Support the company in preparing for and conducting internal audits, ensuring our facilities meet RSC, BSCI, and GOTS, and standards.
∎ Corrective Action Plans (CAP): Oversee and manage the corrective action plans based on audit results, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance deadlines are met.
∎ Reporting & Documentation: Regularly prepare and present compliance reports to the Board members, while maintaining clear and accurate documentation of all compliance and sustainability initiatives.
∎ Liaison with Authorities: Act as a point of contact with regulators, compliance auditors, and other stakeholders, ensuring communication is clear and timely regarding compliance, safety, and sustainability matters.
∎ We are seeking a Senior Executive - Compliance & Sustainability to join our dynamic team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing our compliance with local and international sustainability standards. As part of this role, you will work closely to ensure that our manufacturing facilities meet the highest standards of ethical and sustainable practices, specifically as required by the RMG Sustainability Council (RSC).
